Productivity Impairment Assessment

The Worksite Limitations Questionnaire (WLQ), a 6-item self-report measuring the degree to which health problems interfere with a person's ability to perform their job roles, is offered by OHM as an optional assessment tool to analyze your workforce to determine health-related lost productivity, including:

on-the-job work impairment (presenteeism)
